We have been using Hub during the beta cycle and I can tell you that it has been fantastic. We have already gotten desktop errors from customer machines through our CEIP program that would have taken multiple round trips to tech support emails to figure out the root cause. Instead we got the errors, and were then able to proactively contact the user and tell them the solution to their error. This is really good stuff! Fantastic!
