Turns out that many of them don&#039;t have a choice... and I&#039;d wager that&#039;s the same result you&#039;re seeing here.  Odds are that your .Net audience is developing/researching at work where they have little to no control over their technology stack.  Voila.

Of course, there are some questions to ask about a web developer still having IE6 as their primary browser...</description>
